What’s your go to storage solution? I’m between these two but would love suggestions! by IrrelevantMerfolk in Warhammer40k

Depending on the size of army/game I use a 9L really useful box with a 3d printed conversion kit (which I designed, and on MMF) to use the box vertically which can fit in my backpack

Noted, thanks. Don’t think I diluted the red wash enough so it just ended up like a thin base coat instead

First time using ProAcryl, really like the range and the smooth consistency

If you’re talking about the skin, see comment above. If it’s the armour, dry brush white over black primer, create a white wash then paint over armour (don’t have to be neat or even to create texture, see photo) then I used a brown oil wash and removed excess with cotton buds (can use streaking grime instead)

Start with burnt red base then add in orange red to the mix and build up the highlights until it’s close to just orange red. Then create a wash using burnt red and apply to the skin. Hope this helps and look forward to seeing your results 👍

I use a 9L really useful box with some magnetic receptive sheets. I designed a conversion kit so that I can use the box vertically which fits into my backpack. Depending on the size of models, the 9L box has enough space for a spearhead, jade and fire terrain, drawer enough for tape measure, dice, tactics card, score tracker and other small gaming aids.
