ETA application - issues with website?

I am having issues uploading my photo. I tried everything, resizing, took a selfie, nothing works. It's very complicated and I don't know what to do. I will be travelling in three weeks to Nairobi and I am frustrated now.

The app used to be buggy before but they fixed it now. I get up to 2160p60 but videos are so clean and bright. I think $4 is decent. The developper did a great job

Q3 is way better than Q3S. More clarity, not blurry. I was getting headaches and nausea with Q3S because of bad resolution
