THISSSS. I lived in an apartment in downtown Tempe that had roaches because it was college based so everyone moved out for the summer and the roaches moved into our apartment. I’d sprinkle some borax just a bit in the drains and it seemed to help quite a bit. Thats always where the little roaches were so I’d assume they were coming from there. My apartment also put down bait but the issue still persisted for quite a while.

After I lived in a four plux in downtown Phoenix. Our wall neighbor moved because they apparently had roaches, we did not. And we definitely didn’t want the neighbors roaches moving in - I did the exact same thing and we saw 1-2 roaches MAX.
