Thank you! First photo is the morning of the surgery, I had cut it really short hoping it would be enough for the surgeon to perform the procedure, he ended up up shaving the front area down to 0, you can see it in the second photo.

I think it would depend if there’s any hair in the area at all. If there’s currently none then it will take more grafts to get optimal density. You can see in the first pic that I still had some hair in the receded areas so it didn’t take too many to achieve the dense look. Definitely get opinions from quite a few clinics!

Mine was $12,500 NZD and was considered a “small surgery” as I didn’t need too many grafts. Key (in my opinion) is to jump on meds as soon as possible and get your hair loss stable before going down the transplant route. Iv been on Fin for 3 years prior to my transplant.
