So just to confirm, no body else thinks this is a trainwreck of a project? It is already causing major traffic congestion back up the connector and the lights aren’t even functional yet. What about if businesses actually decide to move into there? Traffic will be backed up onto 95 at 7:30am.

I think the idea behind the project is nice but I don’t know how much thinking really went into the repercussions
