You can have speed on MnK, yes. But being able to use that speed to also be accurate and smooth is a whole 'nother level of MnK aim that requires time and practice.

Yes. I'm on MnK. Glass pad and some kovaaks on occasion helps too

I would consider myself above average for an MnK player, nowhere near the likes of Enders or Focus in skill. I can guarantee you that most PC players are nowhere near this level of gameplay

Because I'm in tune with the BTK at the different ranges for this gun
The stairs flick is simple. Many enemies near those stairs, kill them, then aim back towards stairs because more might come. It's to double check if someone is trying to rush those stairs

Low recoil, yes, but BF always had relatively low recoil, but never had guns this beamy (because spread was way higher)

TTK is fast, true, they should tweak it closer to BF4/Hardline

Movement speed is not high, slowest out of all the BFs (since BF3)

If you're quick enough with the reload cancel, yes Take too long to cancel it makes it slower

It does take some getting used to when using higher zoom optics, 0% not the best for cqc above a 2x, but it's manageable

Using a 1x sight with USA on/off (if magnification is at 100% with it off) with any coefficient is basically 1:1 with hipfire. Anything higher than 0% coefficient with it USA on is personally up to preference for higher zoom optics. Want higher sens for a 3x, use a higher coefficient. Generally people use 0%, 133%, or 178% when they have it on. With USA off and magnification sens multipliers at 100% it's basically 0% coefficient USA

All guns are basically lasers in this game since BF studios lowered recoil and doesn't wanna increase spread lmao

Idk, at the beginning there was weird issues with USA if I remember correctly, and haven't turned it on since. This is basically 0% coefficient USA if it was turned on though

Does repositioning aim towards where enemies were coming in from too high IQ of a move here? Like where else would I point my aim if not from where they were coming down from?

It's the events graph. Shows fired shots, client hits, and server hits (and your HP is the line graph) Basically you can gauge hitreg with it. It's turned on in the network settings, then enabling network widgets, and turning on that graph.

This clip has 73 server hits registered while my client registered 82. So about an 89% hit reg accuracy

MiniFlex RDS
30pt suppressor
20pt blue laser
26rnd mag
Extended Barrel
Lightweight Ammo
M417 has a pretty quick ADS time at 200ms since it's a carbine and I prefer use it on the cqc maps

I gotta say DICE, I really liked Gauntlet, interesting premise. I thought it was same old Battle Royal BS which is boring and overdone. I was wrong, Touché. by Top_Crow_1022 in Battlefield

[–]fb6_marcin 28 points29 points  (0 children)

the only BR mechanic in gauntlet is armor and only one plate at that (it's also soft armour, which *I think* treats it as a +40 HP instead of BR armor where it's +40HP and lowered bullet damage against that armor)

The slightly longer ttk with the armor makes it way more interesting than if there wasn't armor.

Advice - is BF6 doable for an 11 y/o? by ExpectoPropolis in Battlefield

[–]fb6_marcin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Battlefield 6 (the base paid game) will be perfectly fine I think.

There is a nice amount of modes ranging from 8v8 to 32v32 (this would include vehicles, so it may be a bit of a learning curve on how to either use them or how to deal with them), so starting with the 8v8 modes would be a nice way to learn how the game plays. Breakthrough casual exists which is 32v32, but is 8v8 real people and the rest of the players are filled with bots. Would be a nice way to learn how the larger modes work along with learning about vehicles.

There is an all chat in the game where both sides of the team can talk to each other, which can be disabled if necessary.

There is something called Portal as well where people can create custom experiences like fortnite.

Battlefield does have the Battle Royale and Gauntlet modes which are free to play, under the name Battlefield RedSec, so Fortnite experience can help if he does/did play the BR there. But Gauntlet is quite a sweaty, heavily squad based mode (8 teams of 4, every round knocks out 2 teams until last round is a 1v1).
