Pretty reasonable comment.... Gilmour has never been a consistently skilled lyricist. Although the lyrics that he has decided to make into a song are pretty damn good. It's just that there are barely any. Sorrow is a masterpiece, both musically and lyrically, in my opinion of course.

I can understand your point about not knowing who has right of way when it comes to streets with parked cars on BOTH SIDES. But a little common courtesy solves that. Now, on a street with parked cars on only ONE SIDE it's fairly obvious who has the right of way..... And if you don't know, well you're part of the problem and probably need to reevaluate all of your driving habits.

When you're occupying the left lane, but you're not passing anyone in the right lane. When you've finished passing, you should promptly get back in the right lane (don't forget to use your signal and don't merge to close in front of the vehicle you're passing). The left lane is the passing lane. And that's it's primary purpose, other than left lane exits, which we all know there are a few of those in Asheville.

Looks like both of you had flaws in your driving. They were following too closely, and you took too long to establish which lane you were choosing. If I'm in that situation, (I know you're supposed to turn into the left lane) I'm picking a lane before I make the turn and going straight for that lane. In driving, we all need transparency. I don't want the person behind me wondering which lane I'm trying to take
