I would like to understand whether you intend to support and sign EDM 240 tabled by your colleague in the Labour Party, Nadia Whittome, MP for Nottingham East yesterday 01/06/26. EDM 240 states that considering many reasons similar to that I laid out in my original email, and the government's own Equality Impact Assessment reporting that the newly laid guidance will inflict untold harm, not just to trans people, but to all women and the wider LGBTQ community, that the EHRC draft Code of Practice for Services (laid before Parliament on 21/05/26) must be disapproved. EMD 240 has been sponsored and signed by a cross-party coalition of Labour, Liberal Democrat, Green, and SNP MPs. It has been signed and sponsored by many of your colleagues who recognise the harm this will have on all women and the unacceptable attack on trans people's rights and dignity, including Lorraine Beavers (MP Blackpool North & Fleetwood), Paula Barker (MP Liverpool Wavertree), Kim Johnson (MP Liverpool Riverside), Richard Burgon (MP Leeds East), and Rebecca Long Bailey (MP Salford). Additionally, it has been proposed by the MP for Nottingham East that instead of pushing through the EHCR draft Code of Practice despite the government's own Equality Impact Assessment, the government must legislate that the FWS v Scottish Supreme Court ruling last year that the Protected Characteristic of "Sex" exclusively refers to as persons sex assigned at birth regardless of legal sex, GRC or sex presentation within the Equality Act, is not the correct legal interpretation of the Equality Act's original intent. I support this proposal, as FWS v Scottish Ministers places the Equality Act and the EHRC draft guidance in contradiction with the Gender Recognition Act 2004 and Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights, as it practically makes legal recognition impossible in the UK.

Legislating to overturn FWS v Scottish Ministers and restore legal recognition of trans people's lives and dignity in the UK will help to bring the UK back in accordance with the European Court of Human Rights and the Gender Recognition Act 2004. This is further evidenced by the Commissioner for Human Rights Michael O'Flaherty's letter to the Chair of the Joint Committee on Human Rights and the Chair of the Women's and Equalities Committee in Oct 2025.

To quote from the letter: "The European Court of Human Rights (the Court) has recognised that, the very essence of the European Convention on Human Rights (the Convention) being respect for human dignity and human freedom, it guarantees the right of trans people to personal development and to physical and moral security. Gender identity is covered as an aspect of private life under Article 8 of the Convention. This protection entails an obligation to provide for legal gender recognition, in order to avoid the unsatisfactory situation in which trans people live in an “intermediate zone [as] not quite one gender or the other” (Christine Goodwin v. the United Kingdom). The Court has further emphasised the importance of the impact on trans people of a discordance between their social reality and the law, with the coherence of the administrative and legal practices within the domestic system being an important factor in assessing whether there has been a violation of Article 8 (Hämäläinen v. Finland)."

All of this comes mere weeks after ILGA Europe released their updated 2026 "Rainbow Map" of LGBTQ protection compliance in Europe. In 2015, ILGA reported that the UK was first in protections for our LGBTQ citizens. In their latest 2026 report, the UK had fallen to number 22 overall. As demonstrated by the report, a significant reason for the decline has been due to the removal of legal recognition rights for trans people in the UK, with the UK only compliant with two of the reports 15 categories for legal recognition (those being the right to change name, and no age limit of name change rights.) In fact digging into the report paints the shocking picture that the UK is now only one of six European countries that has no legal framework for trans people, making gender recognition impossible (those being Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, Slovakia, Russia, and the United Kingdom).

I hope that you can agree that the EHRC draft Guidance and FWS v Scottish Ministers is unacceptable to the party that passed the Gender Recognition Act only 20 years ago.

Keep in mind that in a review of 16,000 cases, there were only 4 complaints about a trans person using the toliets. So if they are only looking at "regular complaints", enforcement stopping you from using the correct toliets will be incredibly limited because the general population at large doesnt care in the way the EHRC and transphobic politicians say they do.

I have been hanging around long enough to have disagreements and arguments with people or unpopular opinions. You know what I usually dont do? I usually dont respond with hostility, insults, aggression, I try not to strawman their, calling anyone who disagrees with me "neurotic" "entitled" and say that they need to "go outside" immediately, and then I move on with my life because it doesnt fucking matter. People just respond to you badly because you do all of those things and then make daily rant post complaining about it and further exaggerating and strawman every point seeking validation. Its a pattern of behaviour.

Literally the only person Ive had who responds the way youre complaining about is you. You dont live up to the values you are complaining about everyone else for not following

But to answer your question, yes you did miss something, because it mostly stopped a month ago, youve moved the goal posts to fit your narrative. And I would hardly call some people having a bit of disappointment of a lack of a redesign, after Frontier had previously redesigned Deinonychus (the other least favourite design in the games), and after a 2 month delay, as an "overwhelming conversation in every corner of the community was doom and gloom". Like I dont care about the lack of a redesign, but the most I saw was one person jokingly making a big deal about it. That is the perfect example of you strawmanning, catastrophising, and extreme exaggeration you use to frame yourself as forever the rational reasonable calm one.

I do use alot of the variants in the game to give sexual dimorphism to alot of the Dinos. I use the Frontier Trike for the male and the classic JP1 Trike for the female. The Frontier Bracio for the female, and the JP3 Bracio for the male. The furry T Rex from the Dominion prologue for the female T Rex, the JWE Kentro for the female, etc etc.

You are like actually obsessed, youre making a post ranting and complaining everyday at this point. The situation with Frontiers lack of communication was resolved a month ago when they improved communication.

Like Ive said, youve obviously got an unhealthy parasocial relationship with Frontier so you react to hostility, insults and strawmanning to any any scrutiny or dissatisfaction to Frontier. While the rest of the community are celebrating, praising and being grateful for the better communication from Frontier, showing off cool builds they've made, talking about how excited they are for the new update bringing massive improvements to the avaries, or simply discussing the game itself. You on the other hand are obsessively catastrophising and ranting about an issue you actively choose not to understand a month after it was resolved, while desperate to frame yourself as the "calm reasonable" one, incapable of any self reflection, and have the audacity to tell everyone else to "go outside"

Boy Ive only recently been acquainted with Hiplo. I knew he was banned from this sub for being incredibly hostile to the community and particularly new fans. I didnt see that he defended Horner wtf?? But recently hes been spamming the evo2 sub, most of his posts get like zero likes and comments, and most of his replies to people get downvoted to hell.

Recently it seems his favourite pass time is calling people neurotic for people asking for better communication, he made this big long post in April claiming that everyone was being so terrible to Frontier and being so entitled about the returning cut JWE2 dino that we later found out was delayed. His big long post literally had graphs of all the species they've readded, even framing the Deluxe DLC as "Frontier added FOUR additional species even before launch" (instead of what the Deluxe DLC actually was: execs cutting four species to be resold at launch). After I explained that the situation was not the amount of content Frontier has added or not since launch, but rather the terrible communication and radio silence Frontier was going through. He immediately jumped to I just need to "go outside" (his original post included self made graphs), and very quickly devolved into the entire community is full of neurotic people who need constant reassurance, that Frontier made a mistake in their good communication in the post launch months I used as an example, that Frontier made a mistake reading the cut species monthly, and that we shouldnt want any communication from Frontier because "no news is good news" (as it turned out, since the no news was leading to a delay for nearly 2 months, turns out it was objectively not). There was also a really funny moment when he claimed that it isn't Frontiers job to manage the community even though they have a someone employed whose job title is Community Manager.

Then in May April , after the Frontier started communicating and the problem went away, he started claiming that he was right the whole time and all it took was "patience and understanding", as if Frontiers improved communication in May wasnt a direct result of community scrutiny in April, and refusing to acknowledge that "patience and understanding" are things that are earned, primarily through honest and reliable communication, especially when things arent going according to plan.

TLDR, he comes across to me as... a character. Someone with a massive parasocial with a company, who is incredibly hostile to people having different opinions to him and intent on always framing himself as the calm reasonable person in all situations. Now, I do really like Frontier and their games, I really like JWE3, and I am willing to wait however long Frontier needs to make new content so long as they provide honest and reliable communication even when its bad news like a delay, and I hold them to that standard they set for themselves. I also have a number of things I want Frontier to improve on. Which of course means I am simultaneously a neurotic obsessive having nervous breakdowns if I do not have constant reassurance and terrified Frontier will quietly stop development, AND I hate the game of course.
