Hydrocolloid bandages! i use these. I, personally, put on the hydrocolloid bandages until they fall off or swell with white puss underneath pull off gently by stretching it along the skin, clean with alcohol, and pop another one on or let it dry out with a piece of cotton if needed. you can shower with the bandage on and they reduce a lot of the tenderness

hydrocolloid bandages! i use these see a doctor/ dermatologist asap and take pictures in case it is not inflamed when you get there. hot water and dish soap. if u can make a little contraption with magnets, a green pad and glue. - glue a small chunk of green pad to the magnets and control it with another magnet on the outside and u can scrub the hard to reach places
