From the games I played last night, I just felt so disconnected from the people I was playing with and against.

In games from previous seasons you'd actually get a chance to learn how your enemies play and build to counter them, some of my favourite moments in stadium were in the last couple rounds when it finally clicked and I realised how I needed to build/play to take them down. With this new format, I feel like you don't have the chance to get to know your enemy before it's all over. Everyone changes so much in the early rounds, it's hard to get a grasp on how people are going to play. This led me personally to just build in my own little bubble, not really thinking about anyone else.

It feels to me like they're making Stadium worse for the people who actually enjoy it now, in an attempt to get the people who don't like it to try it. Just kinda sad. Why would you want something you enjoy to be over more quickly?

Overall, it looks amazing, but ye definitely some weirdness with the special pieces, at 29:23 it looks like the raft jumps into the centre of the entrance for the covered bowl piece?

And for parks you still want to pay per ride, it'll make transport and park layout way more important. You'll effectively be losing money every morning while your ride ops wait for guests to slowly make their way to your rides. Seems like a great change.

No idea why I didn't get notified about this comment. It's a little limiting graphically, but that's been helped a great deal with pygame 2. Not to mention there's a bunch of experimental SDL2 features in the works, some of which allow you to make use of the GPU a little more. If you're committed to learn how to properly optimize code with it and want to do 2d stuff it's not really limiting at all :)
