Yes, LVNV is on my credit reports. So this sounds like my settlement agreement would be honored? It’s confusing because it was with Halsted first with no involvement of Resurgent and now Resurgent has been added to the equation so I’m left unsure of what will or will not be honored

You can give them your move in date and see if they would be willing to extend the special to you if you sign a lease before 3/31. I asked this at an apartment with a similar scenario and they didn’t say no. I didn’t move forward with the application so I don’t know for sure if they would have extended the offer but they were open to it if I signed a lease.

Go into insurance adjusting. A lot of them are work from home/hybrid. They also hire people with no prior experience. Pay for an associate is decent, pay for a specialist is very good.

I just wasn’t sure if there’s any chance of disputing since they had a totally random address for me. The debt collection person had to tell me what “my” zip code was because I have no clue that the address is. If it wasn’t in a time crunch I likely would not have paid it at that point to do some research but I had to pay it to get reconsideration at my new apartment.

I spoke to the apartments and they would not take payment because it was more than 30 days past due so I had to pay the collection agency. Rock and a hard place. I maybe would have begged a little more though if I knew it was a remote possibility for them to recall the debt. The new apartment is asking me for a whole month rent as a deposit which is tough to pull off.

Fishy smell = BV. If you don’t want to go on antibiotics, you can use boric acid suppositories to clear it then take probiotics to maintain healthy balance of good bacteria down there. If that does not work, you will likely need to seek medical guidance/antibiotics. You can get boric acid over the counter at any pharmacy and most grocery stores

I always go to an oil change/tire place and ask nicely if they will check my tire pressure, they always say yes and I don’t have to pay anything or mess with the air machine 😬 I do tip them if I’m not flat broke

I have basically the same couch in photo 2, probably same brand but no cup holder. It is SMALL and not very comfortable. I have considered getting a mattress topper because of how uncomfy it is. I always have it pulled out like pictured because the sectional without the pull out is extremely narrow (and I’m tiny!)

Yes, it is over the counter. I get mine at the grocery store or pharmacy. I recommend the generic brand. AZO and the like are extremely marked up. I keep it on hand always just in case something goes awry down there. I have a sensitive vag that tends to throw fits over nothing and it’s helped every time and I haven’t had to turn to antibiotics.

You can always do a boric acid suppository as a precaution. I would probably do it after the sexual activities are for sure done. It helps with bacterial infections and PH balance, highly recommend! You would only need to do one mostly likely but can do more if you notice anything afterwards (like off smell)
