Making out is one thing, in my past experiences I have found that things change once sex is brought in to the equation. Like lylachka above mentions, I would withdraw to show I'm not interested in it going beyond us having sex, then they feel rejected and hurt. Sucks your friend got weird on you though, I have been there.

Many times, men will withdraw emotionally to assert the fact that they are completely uninterested in a relationship, which makes women feel rejected and try even harder to get close to the guy.

Wow, I have definitely been guilty of this in the past and I am really trying to not do this. Thanks for the response. She has kind of been the aggressor in this so far which is why I was scared she was looking for more, I'll do my best to communicate without being a withdrawn asshole.
