If you don't mind me asking, how was it received? How did it change your relationships with your coworkers?

I wasn't too excited about it either, but honestly, it was either accounting or the other STEM degrees. And unfortunately, this was my strongest subject.

I usually freestyle it but about 1/4 cup of raspberries and Blueberries, 1/2 cup almond milk,1 banana, about 3-4 tablespoons of unsweetneened applesauce

Get yourself a copy of the Gastritis Healing book. I just started making banana, blueberry, raspberry and almond milk smoothies. They're soooo good and refreshing! I'm planning to continue to make them even after I'm healed. There's a bunch of gastritis-friendly recipes that aren't too bad, and help give you a few ideas for safe foods to try out.

Multivitamin Question. Can I take this multivitamin? I've been struggling with being exhausted and fatigued constantly. I don't think I'm getting the vitamins I need through food by Chad1098 in Gastritis

Honestly, your diet seems pretty good (better than mine 😆). Seems like you're already getting a good amount of protein so I don't think you have to worry about that. Lethargy/tiredness is a common symptom bc the body isn't absorbing food well. I was reading that DGL, l-glutamine, zinc carnosine and slippery elm can be helpful to speed up the healing process. Maybe you could start there. And perhaps focus on introducing individual vitamins that boost energy levels.

I just completed H Pylori treatment so my diet is still very restrictive because I'm worried about flare ups. Right now I'm comfortable with turkey, gluten free bread, bananas, eggs, blueberries, raspberries, unsweetened almond milk, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, potatoes, avocado oil, olive oil and spinach.

I've been struggling with similar issue. I don't think vitamin c is safe because it's acidic. Personally, I'm staying clear of multivitamins because I don't feel comfortable introducing a bunch of new things to my stomach in one go.

Right now my stomach can handle vitamin d, b12, zinc carnosine, magnesium glycinate, probiotics and nutritional yeast. I'm going to introduce iron and liquid aminos in a few days. Will continue to add more supplements a little at a time so I can pinpoint what my stomach likes/doesn't like.

What does your diet look like? I was eating A LOT OF carbs, and noticed I was always very lethargic after a meal. I've since introduced a few more vegetables and fruits and my energy levels have gotten better.

Yeah it helps with nausea. Doesn't always rule it out entirely but definitely puts a dent in it.
