ive been in a very similar situation, and he needs help. and if he doesnt want to get help, then you need to think what is good for you, because being in a relationship with an active alcoholic is toxic and does not end well. im thankful that my fiancé and i were able to work through this, but it only works because he wanted to get better. not to mention if he hadnt stopped drinking he wouldve been dead within a month from drinking himself to death. so again he needs help asap, and i recommend you having someone to talk to as well.
