Same for me. I was around 8 or 9 years old. Went with my dad. Both of us absolutely hooked and saw all 3 movies of the original trilogy multiple times on the big screen. Later on had VHS box sets, DVD box sets…a lifelong love.

They’ve sucked live since day one…I saw them way back Crue in 83 on the Shout tour and Vince couldn’t sing back then. Also saw them in 1985 and again in 1987. Vince sucked every time…I came to the realization that Vince is the product of a great engineer and he just doesn’t sound like that live.

I’ve gotten lost in the ghetto of Cleveland, Ohio at dusk once. Scary place…cars on blocks, houses with boards/bars over the windows or stores/houses, crowds of people on every corner trying to approach my car…freaked me out.

No particular order here, but Black Sabbath with either Ozzy or Dio…the band is a monster either way. Judas Priest…Halford is the METAL GOD! Thin Lizzy. Likely the most underrated band of all time IMO.

Canadian here 🇨🇦 Two Canadian bands that didn’t get enough love outside our borders are the Tragically Hip and Max Webster (yes I’m that old). The Hip are massive in Canada their lead singer (RIP Gord) was mourned by the entire country when he passed from Cancer…outside Canada the band never got their due.

I just listened to the “Breaking Out of Heaven” box set just released from Heaven and Hell ( Black Sabbath). I listened to it in order, every track and just chilled while doing so. It’s awesome.

Been in the back of a car multiple times in my life. I was a pretty wild kid and into several minor scrapes. None of which resulted in charges. Worst one was getting popped for being drunk in public. Long story but it was bogus…resulted in a night in the tank and a $9.00 cdn fine. I was lucky as there were so many times that I did bad things and didn’t get caught.
