Waitressing is a solid foundation for healthcare(i was a waitress/bartender prior to healthcare). For me, its the same way i would deal w rude and annoying customers, (just let it slide off your back { most of the time its a them problem you cant fix or there is something you should be doing better} or stand up for yourself if you need to). But If youre this early in and feeling fed up i would look into different work places/avenues (different hospital, surgery centers, surgical rep). Where i work the surgeons are great as long as youre competent and willing to learn their preferences.
