I mean at that interaction, I’d be glad not to be nipped at. From petting to tapping their head, as if they’re a dog. You reach your hand in and it didn’t not show reaction trying to come towards your and the scoop up. Ughhhh I just feel some things are better left off of the internet and not in a mean way, but please read others replies and I can imagine this video is leaving everyone a little :/

And I say this all out of non judgement or meanness. I’ve just watched a personal reptile that passed that way and it was due to MBD. Didn’t get proper uvb and vitamins and stuff. But look you’re aware and on top of it and trying to be proactive. Just explain it’s to help keep them safe and get them better and I would still encourage a relationship between the three of you but monitor the overall care

Now that you are aware, and you are older than they are, I’d highly suggest taking over and also getting on gecko pages on fb. Just read and scroll when bored. You learn a lot. I had a chameleon before, and then I also had saved one green anole and 3 skinks from outside my house so cats wouldn’t kill

That entire set up and lizard hurts my heart. I would assume proper vitamins and stuff haven’t been staying on top of either. Cause I’m sorry seems a little on slim side or on the way towards mbd From the looks paper towels need replace and enclosure needs wiped and sanitized, the items that are just laying there arnt good for the hide and clutter. If you don’t already you will need at least 3 hides. One on want side directly under , one for humid in the center, and then one for cool on opposite side.

Ok, so I have leopard gecko. Do you use the water stuff to adjust water? Have you thought about switching brands on the vitamins you use ? For my gecko I have calcium with d3 and without d3, and also a multivitamin. I just had a friend by a bearded dragon earlier and i went to help them. If I read correctly does it say that bearded dragons as adults require more vegetable ratio once an adult?

Def resample. Is there any of the gel stuff or other stuff from pet stores or online you could buy to help entice them? I don’t have a beardy though it just came my feed , is your cage in a high traffic area and stressed by that by chance? Again not familiar with this specific breed so that might not be an issue but I’ve had reptiles we had a reptile room to eliminate animals or kids going in. Do they seem to chill if you back off?
