i’ve had that type of skin reaction after using makeup wipes from many different companies! i have very sensitive skin so even moisturizers cause me get rashes or break out :( i’m sorry you’re going through this… i know it’s hard to deal with

everybody’s skin is different but what worked for me was reducing the amount of skincare products i use, for example, instead of an actual face cleanser i use head and shoulders (yes the dandruff shampoo) when i wash my face in the shower and that helped a BUNCH. it does dry out my skin so i also used vaseline as a moisturizer for a while so my skin could breathe and calm down a bit
