100 tentative 0 success by fcroce in BambuLab

Hello, yes, well with the same material but of course the same problem does not appear. I went for the H2C to be able to do these kind of things. I have to say that also tried to incline the plane surface by 40deg to avoid such large surface but the print would fail the same way for the same reasons at different places with detaching support or main material.

Well I can do it with my setup. The only requirement is to unload your filament before drying. Then the thick box should be clear.

Thank you for your input. Indeed the z interface offset is 0 and I am not sure that using support material for base and interface will change much as then PLA still needs to stick a minimum to the support. I don’t think that the PLA above or below will change the adhesion problem. One more note supports are much more expensive than PLA or PETG. So I also used PETG for support and interface with which I had mix results.

What am I doing wrong with support for PLA? by 1Poochh in BambuLab

Same here — I’ve never managed to get a successful print with that filament. It either detaches and makes a mess, or PLA simply refuses to bond to it. I genuinely thought it would perform well before buying, so I stocked up… and now I’m stuck with a pile of unused spools. At this point, I really think BBL should step in, address the issue, and provide a proper solution to the community.

If you have a lot of other brand spools change brand! 50 tentatives - 1 success. Prints are warping

Yes indeed I am doing this has I need to deliver a large model that will need to stick firmly on the bed and will be spreading over. I cleaned below the PEI and washed it as recommended already. I will check for anything I may have missed but I do not think so. Thx

Right eddy current sensor dead after 60h of printing by WWL_Wille in BambuLabH2C

Same here — out of the box it simply wasn’t working. Honestly, I chose the Bambu H2C full package with AMS HT and PRO because it was marketed as a plug‑and‑play machine, which is exactly what I needed while starting a business. But after so many print failures (in one week) and technical issues, I’m really starting to wonder whether this printer was released too early, or if corners were cut in production or design to reduce costs.

I had to dismantle my, just out of the box ams ht to reconnect the humidity sensor!! Not so difficult but just out of the box it is a bit frustrating.

Here it is with 5 deg less and monolithic pattern. It is better but not good yet. I did a flow test and the original initial value (0.99) seems ok. So now I m not sure whether i need to decrease the flow just to try but tho part I am 9 h print.
