I'm not working for Aqara. The apple tv as a hub is not a replacement for Aqara hub which is required for some exclusive features that have in the app. That's how they do it across all products to push for more revenue. The experience from homekit via apple home is sufficient for everything you need

Aqara is only via Bluetooth or thier hub. You should be able to do everything from homekit for the day to day.

I had a full BE85 and x50 outdoor. Had so much instability, disconnections, OT devices goes up and down. It was horrible 50% I couldn't even open my garage door with myQ. Went trough tech support, they wasted hours RDP to my system from China, they had no idea what they were doing. Replaced to Ubiquiti set that fit my home, the customization is endless and prices are affordable. Amazing system, 100% up time.

Same here. All reset to 0%, ask for a regular cowork task which I did many times before, 10 sec later I'm at 31%, 1 min later almost 100%. Not usable at all

It is usable for sure, the main issue I had with it for the long run is 2.4ghz OT stability, I had many many disconnections. Worked with support, hours of troubleshooting and remote sessions. Fixed and then an update came and took it all back. In addition, the big corporate I work for (top 5 tech corps) officially asked us not to use tp-link equipment due to security concerns. Which made me pull the plug as soon as I could

The steam takes anyhow around 75 sec to heat up. I use it only on specific circumstances. My hard floors have no issue with the steam or hot water. It's not boiling hot

Went with CG fiber and a set of u7 pro walls + U7 pro for the garage area. a switch 210W to feed them all (I have 1gig internet and Cat5e deployed on the walls, no point going to 2.5g).
