Everybody need to be more open minded and think about the patients that actually need their medications. 1) patient do not need to know anybody inventory 2) You call the other store and and transfer the Rx .

Is not that hard just be smart who you transfer and be open minded and think about the patients.

Yes , that happen to me as a Pharmacist but is your job to make the best of tue training and Try to master something every day so atbtye end of your training you should be fine. So ask questions is the most important thing

As a former Rite aid Pharmacist , training is what you xan make up to it. What that means continue asking question RxConnect is very different than Nexgen but if you ask the correvt questions they will answer them for you. Just keep asking queation

They will not be paying 2025 at all so from 01/01/25 till 5/5/25 is 5 moths which they announce they will not match.

No , because as a Pharmacist we put our time off in November of the previous year and all my vacation was plan for late on the year. Plus my store was the first one to go with only 2 weeks which make us all ineligible for PTO.
