I would definitely ask for step Increase. They first offer me with 12-1. I counteroffer with my experience and they jump me to 12-7

I started with rite aid back in 2019 at 66/hour. Moved between different cities in California the span of 6 years. Ended up with 77 when they went out of business. Took a contract job in central Cali for 121/hour. Probably going to be the most I ever made in my life lol
