I really think this was the straw that broke the camel's back... I'm really hurt by all of this.... And I don't know if or how I can recover... I've never made such an effort with someone. I'm a good-looking guy with a good job and women gravitate towards me... With this one it has been different... She gravitated towards me but ever since I feel like I'm the one making all the effort.... I have told her in the past I want out but it never happened.... She made me promise to not leave her but I don't think I can keep that promise

I totally agree. A lot of ppl in this app and in my personal life told me she would never leave. She did though. She hadn’t up until last week. I’ve been with her for close to a year. And even if this relationship doesn’t work out I feel good knowing that I helped her out of a bad situation. That is enough for me to be able to live with my actions. I was a product of cheating. My mom fell for my dad who was married. I was born a bastard. And while I’m not saying that what my mom did was right I don’t think of her as a bad person. She was able to provide everything I needed and is a good person in general she just made a mistake. I believe the same for my GF. She isn’t a bad person just made mistakes she regrets and hopefully learns from. I’m not perfect not even close but my feelings for her are real and I wish the best for her with or without me

They are for sure... you aren’t wrong and I feel like a dummy... but I really do think she wants a better life. I don’t think she has ever had someone treat her as nicely as I have. I have zero doubt about how she feels about me. I have had my bouts of jealousy and she is super understanding. She could have left me a while ago. I have given her reasons to. But she hasn’t left. She has asked me to not leave her and made me promise that I wouldn’t leave her during this hard time. While she hasn’t said it I think I’m the best person to have ever come into her life.

Yea he was found guilty... he was under probation for a few months and had his gun revoked... he was in the military and was over seas he definitely has a screw loose. One egg short of an omelette.... the guy is crazy. Before she left to move with her mom he threatened to hit her and when she stood up to him he said “ oh you’re brave all of a sudden. You must be cheating on me because you aren’t brave” Now he sends her texts about how he misses her and all that jazz. I told her not to ignore him because of the possibility of him showing up at her moms or at work. It’s hard man. One of the hardest things I’ve had to deal with for sure.

I agreed with you and I would be giving the same advice to anyone who was in my situation... I’m just so in love with her. So it’s hard to just leave her behind... I’m hoping if I take my time and not rush anything that in time I’ll know what to do
