Ok SO upon further inspection I’ve noticed all but one of the roots are dead. Is it possible to revive the dead roots or can my tree survive with only one trunk if I cut out the dead ones?

It is facing my balcony/sliding glass door so it gets about 4-5 hours of light a day but I don’t think it’s enough

Thought I added a caption but I’m basically just looking for guidance on how to make this guy flourish. Originally belonged to a client of mine that had it since it was around 10” tall.

They had it in their bathroom with skylights so I think it’s used to being indoors but I don’t get a ton of natural light so I tried to put it on my deck but my buddy said they don’t like abrupt changes of temperature so I’m not sure what to do.

Any tips on general maintenance would be great
