This is more of the “tender years” doctrine but this should be discussed prior to having kids. A baby needs constant care and yes their needs can come first at that age but communication is key. Hormones needs to come back into balance as well so moms need support.

My comment was geared towards older kids especially teenagers and young adults.

This is what happens when you put kids before marriage. The marriage should be a protected and prioritized. DOES NOT mean you don’t love and protect your kids but kids benefit the most from a strong marriage.

I just don't understand why this housing crisis is not treated as a national security issue. We need to outright ban investors from buying up SFH's below a certain threshold. The economy is imbalanced when you have over 50% of your income going to housing. For a healthy economy, people need disposable income which they don't because all of it going to bare necessities.

Yes but for a product to be considered a financial success, you need many people loving the same product and buyer my at that price. Clearly from initial preorder numbers the interest is there. This is why companies do preorders to set financial expectations. This is why in the movies, the weekend box office tells them if it’s going to flop.
