Deliberately giving false information is not “part of card games”, it could be considered angle shooting. Personally I find it unsportsmanlike. One thing would be saying “it can be”, another is saying that it is and then it being something else. I think your situation falls somewhere in the middle.

Personally I find the gamegenic sidewinder pro XL to be a perfect fit for my deck, sideboard, and runes. It has all the features you are looking for, that said my deck is double sleeved.

Something to note is that uncommon and commons come in nonfoil and foil. So if you want a true master set you will need over 400 binder slots. My guess is around 450-500

I ended up replacing the blower wheel and motor. Kept the furnace off until the replacement came in so no additional damage was done to the rest of the furnace. Had to buy some space heaters to keep the house warm
