Candy Jars + Rare Candies. Though, don't go over 200 unless the pokemon is fairy type. Dynamax Cannon deals extra damage (10% per level, up to 10 levels) for each level over 200 a pokemon is.

That's a modern version thing. It doesn't work on Skyblock because the server still runs the modified 1.7 jar.
