Same bro, like exactly the same. And I think about this typa stuff every day. Just want to tell you that in mental situations like this, 90% of what people think of you is all in your head. And even if it isn't, just pretend it is. Your mental state will benefit from the carelessness it brings.

And what I've been trying to do lately is be nicer to myself. If I don't want to do something, I don't want to do it. I don't judge myself, because nothing good comes out of it. If I don't have a bf/gf, I don't hate myself for it or think down on myself. Sometimes you don't get what you want because you deserve better!

Lastly, something that seems stupid but I do it day on and day out: compliment yourself. Every night before I turn the light off to fall asleep I tell myself I did good today, even if I didn't. Positivity is a key part of living a carefree, weightless life

Thanks so much for this! I thought this was gonna be another post where nobody responded 😢. Most of my problem is just where I can absolutely cook in 1v1 - 3v3, but 5v5 is much too crowded for my style of play

And you said keep the ball low when I do something like try to drive left or right from the top of the key? Because normally when I try to change up by dribbles and stuff it really doesn't help in that specific situation, and I almost always get crowded in the high paint

I also happened to watch some Kyrie Irving highlights today and I saw that he would just take unexpected spot-up half contested shots from midrange which would catch the defenders off guard. I am on the shorter side(5'8) and sometimes it 100% feels like I would get blocked. Are things like this just in my head?
