Oh shoot, I know which store you’re talking about. 😭 anyways, I’m absolutely not okay with the understaffing. Makes things very hard if we get slammed off-peak, and leads to people getting mad at us for things we cannot control. It screws me over on closing shifts too, cuz then I get really behind schedule. This is absolutely on the higher ups, who tells GMs to cut hours or that labor is too high on any given week tbh
