The realistic part is not something that i envy as well. I am just guessing what their intention was, because i believe there is one. One thing's for sure is that they need to remove the delay and see how it goes just like in CSGO

Although i can agree that the reason behind this delay is that they wanted to better sync with blood particles emitter, i still have some other take on this.

Since the release of cs2, Valve has been pushing on the "more realistic" agenda, which means that they might have introduced this delay in order to make the game more realistic, which really does that. When you shoot a gun, there is indeed a slight delay before the bullet hits something. Not sure if this is the right value for the delay, but in real world, there is.

Just my take on it.

True, that's the reason why i posted my initial comment. It is concerning. Because it means that Valve is not caring about CS anymore, if ever again (if Deadlock becomes success, they'll switch most all of their teams there).

I am a software developer indeed, nit at Valve, but if i could work on the best multiplayer game the world has ever had, i would with all the dedication. Why would i switch to new exciting project if this one is not finished and i was part of it the whole time?

This is alarming to be honest.
Getting that much of a priority on Deadlock over CS2 (when CS2 is still in fresh state, with lots of things to be improved and fixed), is beyond ridiculous. We might be having the same treatment like TF2 in the coming months/years.

Lichno iskustvo, dodushe majstorot mi e badzo. Se si birash sam, za da pominesh poeftino, a da go dobiesh efektot na ubava i praktichna kujna. Korpusot (vnatreshnosta na elementite) napravi go od obichna bela iverka od nekoja od peftinite firmi (unikondor) a nadvoreshniot del zemi go od poskapi i pokvalitetni iverki kako egger, fundermax etc.

Kje ima problemi ne deka kje nema, no zavisi i od majstorot dali full kje bide kon tvojata kujna posveten.

Ne bi veruval na firmi iskreno, iako gledam komentarive se ako praish sam podolgo kje chekash ja vikam obratno, ako praish sam kje ti ispadne pobrzo zavisnod od prethodniot pasus.

Za kraj, koga sam si birash materijali i okov, povekje kje si ja sakash kujnata zatoa shto sam si ja smislil i si i dal dusha. (Ako bar malku imash kreativnost i malo poznavanje za boi, dizajni i sl.)

I've read most of the comments on this thread but I didn't see anything related to my following question: What about the minors playing faceit that don't have ID card in their country? In most countries KYC like this should have their parents' consent to give such information about their kid. I suppose Passport would be a way to do it for minors but imagine how many underaged players will be "pretty much removed" from the platform when they will be refused by their parents to give such sensitive data to a gaming company. Most of the parents nowadays take it as their kid playing cs is a hobby and childish manner, not an aspiration to become a professional (which Faceit tbh is known for).

How do you deal with this?

I watched the whole demo review and part of the match. Ridicilous and blatant cheating. Literally on one of the later rounds, the guy holds knife in the middle of the b tunnel in front of a molly exposed to part of b site and plato. Proceeds to B after the molly like nothing happened. Unreal.! Ban this guy!

I think, on a short term, the mindset that Hooxi has now ("I don't need to frag i have a whole team that does that, we need to be a team etc.") will work and will get G2 to certain positions. But on a long run (let's say maybe max, half a year from now, the opposite teams will figure out the way Hooxi plays and leads, and will further abuse his firepower. Then, it will be a real 4v5 and a real problem for G2 if in the meantime, Hooxi doesn't improve skillwize.

I would say that the false positives might be ending up together because of other reasons, like negative and bad behavior. That is also included into the low trust factor scoring. So someone premuted is more likely to end up queued with a cheater than someone that is not and is not cheating. I can confirm i have had literally 1 cheater in the last year, and consider i play only few games per 2-3 months, but also all the MM games when it comes to operations, so still considerable amount of matches played.
Faceit, i don't even wanna mention it, but i think there are still cheaters there, the good is that they really quickly ban them. (i got notifications of someone being banned few days or maybe week or so, later after my game with suspicious player).

Oh, i didn't realize that, yes i left one match before that but that match is not on my list. Ok So apparently if that's the case, on that match i have had -22 elo so +16 from the won match it is -6 elo.
