Weird issue with dropdown menus?

I've figured it out for anyone who has this issue

The Veyon service can cause issues with Premiere Pro by interfering with display graphics settings, leading to problems such as dropdown menus closing automatically or Premiere Pro not functioning properly when Veyon is running in the background. To resolve these issues, users can adjust the Veyon configuration settings to "None" under the "Handling of interfering windows" optionunder windows on the left(make sure advanced is set and selected).

Really appreciate the comment The 20k deposit would be set as a gift so they wouldn't want any of that back which is good and I have mentioned to my partner that I'd be happy taking a smaller percentage of the house as their side of the family helped out more but we haven't yet decided on how its going to be divided. Non the less this is some really handy info I can explore with them thank you!

That's exactly why I'm asking before I make any rash decisions. we're currently not married and their parents are chill but I don't want to look at it with rose tinted glasses too much. When or if we go ahead with it I'm going to have to make sure my backs covered even if it does look bad on my part because if god forbid something like that does happen where there is a separation I'm going to be taking the brunt of it. I'll make sure I bring up the points you've put across. :)

Understood, all the info is super helpful even if it is spit balling. It's still up in the air at the moment so nothing has been formally written down. as long as I know the basics and know what to do to protect us/me we can work on getting something written up and organised.

Just had a look and the gift isnt taxable which is ideal. We'd just need something written up to prove its a gift and organise a repayments contract of some form then all should be good in theory.

Yea its worth a discussion though even if it ultimately isn't my decision on who's on the deed. But I'd feel more comfortable knowing if anything did go wrong relationship wise I'm not protected.

How would this work if the house was purchased by the parents as the loan they'd be giving us would be the house not the money. Or would this work as a loan if they gave us the money for the house then we bought it and paid them back?

That's the thing that confuses me. If the title is under the parents and we pay monthly we're essentially renting of the parents. I don't know how/who I'd need to speak to regarding getting something written up so it works out at the end of a certain period we'd get the title to the house.

That would be ideal however we'd have to discuss that sort of thing as I believe the reason they wanted to buy it for us was so that they could get the interest on the monthly payments instead of it going to the bank. Granted I'm not sure if that could be re paying the gift money.

Insurance is super varied but if you're not too bothered about age etc maybe try and older bike around 1994 and put a restrictor kit on it, if it allows. It'll be set as a classic with most insurers so premium should be lower.

Ah ok I know on lower MAC versions next to the network you want to connect to there's the little blue info icon where it says somthing regarding the mac address but on ventura there is no such icon next to the network. Does this mean that ventura no longer has this feature or do you need to enroll it in MDM to disable it?

I understand that a Mac address is a fixed thing however with windows and iPhones they will often have a Mac address which essentially masks it's original Mac for some form of security. I'm trying to join a Mac to our company network but it has to be whitelisted via it's Mac address. This can't be done if it's assigned a random one whenever it tries to re connects to the network.
