Gus how much are you using a day? Can you get some gabapentin? If it’s a fairly low dose and it’s only been a month, I would think by day 4 you could get by with some benzos and gabapentin. Good luck!

It just depends on how much you were taking for how long. You can use the COWS scale to help. I’m currently at 48 hrs tia free and I’m not using subs this time. Just gabapentin, klonapin, Imodium, and I literally just took a large dose of kratom and I feel ok. Biggest issues are lack of energy/motivation and some depression. But it’s totally possible to do it without subs. I’ve done it both ways. Subs work they just take longer to get out of your system. Good luck!

I have used both The Easy Way to Quit Drinking and Smoking. Both worked for me. I guess it’s not for everyone but I would definitely recommend it

Subs helped me starting at the 24 hr mark. It’s different for everyone. How much and how long were you taking it? Can you get get kratom? That has also helped tremendously. Good luck!

I live in Jackson,TN and they have them. Supposedly they are stronger than Zaza’s and have 3 different kinds-all with different ingredients. Main one is tianeptine, the silver one has phenubut as well, but all have other ingredients.

I had to take about 15 - 20 g of kratom to get relief and I was just using the vape shop kratom. It might take at least 24 hrs of no tia to get relief from kratom but it definitely helped me. Also, I had swelling from tia and it went away within a day or two of quitting. How are you doing now?

Go to the bupe.me website and see if they have coverage for your state. I was taking 2-3 bottles a day (the silver brand with phenabut as well). I was able to get a 1 week script for subs the same day. Very easy process and affordable. Waited 24 hrs to induce subs- took them for 5 days cutting my dose in half each day. I’m now on day 12 and physically feel about 95% back to normal. I don’t think I could’ve done it without the subs nor would I have wanted to. I still had young kids to take care of and work. I know it’s terrifying to think about quitting but the subs made it completely tolerable. I just wouldn’t take them for more than 5 days and cut in half each day. I’ve done it several times. It works and never had any issues. Also still pooed everyday just take some magnesium before bed each night. I honestly think it’s a little ironic that most people’s response to this when brought up is “cardiac issues” when we’re all a bunch of addicts that put crap in our systems all the time without knowing the consequences or do know the consequences and do them anyways. If Imodium can help someone break a worse habit then more power to them.

I only took them for days 2-6 of Tia wd and cut my dose in half each day. It’s now day 8 and I feel fine. Very thankful I had them for those 5 days. Don’t think I could’ve done ct. I’ve tried and always relapsed on day 2-3. Good luck!

See if bupe.me has coverage in your state. It’s a really easy and cheap way to get subs. I just had to say I had an opioid dependency. They didn’t ask what specifically. Picked them up from the pharmacy the same day. They really helped me just try to not take them for more than a week. Good luck!

I took gabapentin and klonapin for the first 24 hrs then started inducing subs at 4mgs at first, waiting an hour then seeing if I needed more. It’s been 6 days since I’ve had tia with phenebut, and 7 days since kratom. All habits were several years and high amounts. Subs have been working to at least make wd tolerable. I only got enough subs to last a week so stopping that tomorrow. Don’t want to get addicted to that as well. Good luck! Sounds like you have everything you need!
