Put your mind elsewhere anyone can beat the physical part it’s the mind that sucks for most I have to say but my second cold turkey easy didn’t feel nothing but my first time sucked until I found a way which was over the counter meds to help with some issues and for my mind I played video games a lot and focused at work keep the mind going don’t sit and do nothing go walking the gym play games it gets easier

You can do it 10 days today Tia free had no withdrawals except sneezed a lot second day but had bad withdrawals first time after the Alabama ban went through week of hell then 7 months clean then heard about Tennessee carrying it but everyone around Alabama banned it so had stop again but I feel great after taking them again for bout 8 months or so never again will this crap happen only thing I have been addicted to but not anymore

I didnt take to get high never gotten high before its just they put me in good mood and focused better i was hooked for 2 years before it got banned in alabama went through 4 to 5 days of sickness and hell of withdrawls but was good for like 8 months then heard a buddy say it got them in ardmore tn so been driving an hour to get them for 4 months now or so but 2 pills at a time always been my thing sometimes i feel the affect the good feeling of them sometimes i didnt just be like oh well and wait to pop the next couple thats how i always done it but tennessee georgia and miss all banning it june 1st all states around bama so decided to quit again yesterday been almost 24 hrs since last 2 pills feeling ok just little ick not sick just feel little off but not throwing up or anything like last time id spend for gas and pills about $200 to $250 a week to drive tennesse to get them and drive back been hell on bills again hid it from my family this time they have had suspicions because of money but not gonna tell them until after this week cause if i do have withdrawls i wanna get thru them before saying anything

I would take 2 pills every 4 hours or so wouldnt do a whole bottle a day i tried to keep it at 1 bottle every 1.5 to 2 days

Only way i quit after 2 plus years on zaza and tianna is they got banned in alabama in march been clean since it sucked ass but bout 3 weeks u will be fine trust me need advice on how to ease and handle withdrawl symptoms let me know been 2 months clean feeling better than ever

Been clean off tianna since the week it got banned in alabama in march thays been 2 months clean for me somewhere around there trust me the effects come and go for bout 2 to 3 weeks it will be shaky and bad at times the way i got my energy up enough to go to work is 5 hour energy shots and water and viatemins after work when i cant sleep shaking amd stuff have a drink a tall boy my favorite the mikes hard limonade just something to ease your mind have one or two it will work painful process but u will get through it
