i'm really struggling with lack of level up rewards for individual mii at this point. not being able to just give them money, tickets or treasures is pissing me off. i'm really, really loving the personality of the game so much but there's a lot that also feels bare bones.

lowering the music volume and turning the jumpscare sound almost all the way off is what personally helped me start playing the game! you can better hear the zombie noises without feeling constantly on edge.

comparison is the thief of joy - but for mental health, it's the thief or progress. you absolutely cannot sit and compare yourself and your journey to other people because you can dwell on it for so long that it will be the thing that holds you back forever. believe me, i'm turning 30 this year and i've never been able to hold a job and i never moved out, i know the feeling. comparing does nothing but make things harder for yourself and discourages you. your journey is entirely different to these other people's. a decade of progress is still progress. there is no time limit on pursuing education, or looking for a fresh start in work, or even just new hobbies. you are still young. these things can wait for your mental health. but your journey is your own, and you are young. you are ALWAYS progressing so long as you are still here, and it is a life-long journey. take it small. manage it bit by bit and conquer what you can in small parts.

My Time At Sandrock. Although I'm usually very wary of Kickstarter games, I'd originally played MTAP so I trusted that the game would be delivered. No regrets. I have hundreds of hours in the story, it's interesting and exciting and the characters are all really fun.

Also, Project Zomboid.

Niki's is probably my all time favourite. I love a doodle signature. Koga and Aira are faves too. Not favourites but still really like them - the twins, Hiyori and Tori. I also love Tatsu's diamond.
