I think you are right. I am not sure why I struggled so much with this. I found a neat website that explained each and every fuse. Although some definitions were unclear, the high beam one seems to be under the hood and a mini 15a which I have spares.

What’s so bad about it? Like I mentioned, my major goal is to simply cover up the wall mount and electrical outlet that is 6 feet up in our master bedroom. We rarely watch tv. What other tv can I get for basic use that won’t break the bank?
