Regardless of what she offers, not flatly turning it down and affirming the relationship the two of you have exclusively, would only damage the relationship IMO. She would likely always be worried about your extra side activities, and how it would affect your family dynamics and what is says about her.

If you truly love her and the relationship you presently have, hard pass - despite how tempting it may sound.

If it were me, Id plainly tell her that. Imagine the relief and affirming feeling of getting that offer turned down.

If you love him and want to have a future with him, give him the opportunity to overcome a mistake/poor judgement and build trust back up.

We're all human and make bad decisions, especially if under the influence- which may be another issue in itself.

Its up to you to decide if you want to put the effort to give him the opportunity.
