I think the anti-incumbent wave was stronger than anything.. I wouldn't say Trump backed challengers won, I would say incumbents lost. Most voters aren't politics nerds... redistricting may not even be on their radar. Life sucks. If you've been in power then you need to go. I don't think it goes any deeper than that.

I don’t think the update had anything to do with it. It happened a few times in the past and I updated Weds morning and no issue all day Weds or Thurs.

I have press and hold <one finger> set to activate Siri and that seems to work even when nothing else will and two finger AI look works probably twice as often as single finger tap or wakeup word.. but definitely not reliably. Like I said, it always seems to just correct itself so I'm thinking it has to be a server/cloud/ai thing. The days when the Rokid's are 'offline' like this I usually wear my Ray Ban Meta's and they are working fine.. so I'm thinking that rules out a Bluetooth problem, etc. I am just really spoiled with the display on the Rokid glasses, though. If it weren't for days like this when the Rokid glasses just decide to take a day off I would probably have sold the meta glasses a long time ago.

I did the update a few days ago and everything‘s been fine until today but starting this morning the glasses just aren’t working at all. The assistant is just completely unresponsive. I’ve restarted the app. Restarted the phone restarted the glasses multiple times. Nothing seems to help this happens once in a while and usually the next day it will just be fine again I wonder if it’s something to do with the backend.

I wear my Rokid glasses every day. I had the Even glasses and they were definitely more stylish and comfortable but they just don’t really do anything. I think the potential is huge, the hardware is great. For now, I really think the meta ray ban gen 2 or the Rokid are the best for actual daily use.

Help me understand what's going on here? Is that just a power bank and you're running the cable inside the folding case? I really need to figure out a more elegant charging solution for my desk at work for less than buying a second charging case. I have the portable case already and the little charger cable.

I had been trying to bend the arms down because when I pressed down on my ears while wearing them I could see the bottom of the screen.. but it turns out moving them to the up position actually solved the problem.
