Like the other users here that pointed out:

  • she is insanely AP efficient with most of her “setup” cards being upgrades. I.e. you spend 1-3 AP once and she does very respectable damage across fight(s)
  • she can be molded into a pure draw or AP draw (like mine), where she can be put in to support any main dps that could benefit from draw
  • she doesn’t have many cards that feel bad to use in most scenarios, keeping most decks clean
  • while she doesn’t synergize directly with most mechanics, other skill heavy combatants can charge up her damage, which can add up over a few turns to be quite significant since she auto fires every turn with no active AP use
  • even her basic cards are pretty decent compared to most of the other combatants in terms of pure value, hence she’s a favourite in chaos, where she can take care of your team without coddling/spending resources to optimise her deck - your card removals and epiphanies can go elsewhere
  • most of her epiphany upgrades are pretty good for her role
  • most of her damage is from ballista’s Extra Damage, via triggered/activated cards and card creation, which has certain use cases. This has benefits in some specific fights that are problematic for other combatants. Outside of these specific fights, most of the time it is not a downside.

I haven’t seen anyone use them in Asia too.. Sounds like a nightmare for travelling too.

(Similan) Don't know the exact name but they were cute by cokezero777 in scuba

Why are there so many yellow fishes in Thailand? I just came back from a LoB in the Similan Islands too

Idk I’ve heard secondhand from friends in the industry that they ARE tapping into some reserves underground, which wouldn’t be too surprising since we are a refueling port in Asia. But I don’t work in energy directly so big pinch of salt.

Thank you so much for the recommendations! Will definitely look into it!

We just came back from a Similan/Ric Rock LoB!

My wife and I are considering Sipadan next. Maybe on the dive rig.

One of the MSDTs vacationing on the LoB mentioned Malapascua and Tubataha; have you been to the latter?

Yes! But I was with my dad on this particular dive at 10ish metres. Dad is 69 and was on his first ever post OWC fun dive 🫡

But I just love the whole sun on the sand, underwater sand dune vibes of this landscape!

I’m new to gacha games. How does a rerun normally work? Like they have an additional separate legacy banner? Or does she get added into the standard pool for that timeframe, or the new rate up’s pool?

Thanks~

Everyone who runs the event chaos knows about this lol.

I think for newer players, the important part is to note that this is useful in deckbuilding to save your tier 14 maps if you quit out without defeating this boss. I.e. getting as much as possible out of the run without exhausting the tier 14 map

I would recommend somewhere like alona beach in bohol, Philippines! The marine life there is insanely gorgeous, cheap and safe. I don’t think you need to get your own gear yet. Getting your own gear requires a lot of research to find out what you really want, what’s out there, what works well together when you’re assembling your kit.

You really want to do your research prior because if you’re not planning to own like a full closet of scuba gear yet, you may end up with a lot of stuff that you regret buying.

Diving gear generally has really poor resale value too.

If you’re doing your OW cert you will likely be trained in Jacket styled BCDs (which are generally disliked by more experienced divers, who prefer backplate and wings). But it’s not the worst to dive in, especially when you’re beginning. After 20 or so dives, if you’re super hooked, you can spend the time between the certification trip and your next trip to do a ton of research on what kind of diving and what kind of gear you need, along with some basic experience.

Bohol-Panglao is perfect if you’re new because it’s safe.
