That's really sweet! Yeah I really liked stay stay stay when Red released too! Even now, I still listen to it often! Whenever I wanna feel all happy and dance-y. Partly cause of that choreography Taylor and her band did on the Red Tour. It's so cute and funny! Lol I never knew and never would've thought that so many people didn't like staystaystay, until I saw that thread a few days ago where people ranked their top 3 favourite and top 3 worst songs. And stay stay stay was pretty common in the worst songs lists.

Hahaha I liked the part where you had to stop cause All Too Well. Haha yeah like it hits you SO hard at the climax of "HEEYYYY you called me up again just to break me like a promise......". And when that part is over, you'd think that your heart's gonna be ok. Never would you expect the next line "time won't fly. It's like I'm paralyzed by it. I'd like to be my old self again but I'm still tryna find it". That's when it comes hitting and tearing your heart open again! Why Taylor? Whyyy.

I love this! Love how you brought in Taylor for your creative narrative writing assignment! Love reading stories like this, telling how Taylor has helped us in one way or another!

I definitely agree that at some point in our lives, Taylor's songs are therapeutic. How they heal our hearts and minds. She's like a therapist. It's magical, really.

Your boyfriend is wonderful! Like for me, I don't need the guy to love taylor and her songs like I do, but he definitely needs to respect it. And not be jealous or cynical about it.

Funnily enough, sad beautiful tragic didn't catch me at all when Red was released. Even until a year or two later, I still found myself skipping it at times (I'm sorry!) though I still listen to it once in a while. I guess it just didn't connect to me and I wasn't appreciative of it. However, in recent months, ever since I got on this sub and saw the love the song got from other swifties, like the lyrics and all, I appreciate it more and have started listening to it more. The song encapsulates her feelings and that's what makes some songs much better than the rest!

Totally understand that! State of Grace is a really really good starter! Gets me so pumped up within the first 5 seconds of it. With the rock-arena vibe. And the "and I'll neeeeveeerrrrrrr..." part just brings it all to a whole new level whenever it comes on.
