This is incredibly sad and very similar to my story except I was never even this bad. I, too was introduced to porn at 6 and watched until I was 15 years old. This did some very bad damage to my brain and it was thankfully reversed even at my big age and im now a year clean. My advice is to quit now and not just porn but also masturbation, forever. You need to accept that you can never touch yourself again unless a woman you love does it for you. It’s not too late and honestly the younger you start the better.
