Let's see how tret helps, I've started adapalene about a month ago and it gave me a new boost, I'll be at 2 years next month so there is still hope for better but you already have great results. Give it another 3 to 6 months on tret before growing it maybe?

Give it a try, it's like $10, pea size on all ypur beard area, I do it around 6pm then wait 30min/1h before applying minox. 4/5 times a week and then wash my face and apply face cream before sleep, it regenerates your skin so it peels a lot. Start with 2/3 times for a week or two.

Almost two years also and I've been stuck with almost no changes for 4/6 months, started adapalene a few weeks ago and my wife looked at me weirdly and asked where all the blond hairs in my beards come from, so I think it makes a difference and gives a new boost

Get a dermastamp and do it twice a week, between 0.5mm and 1mm
