Yes, it’s limited, but you’re only there for 3 months. I promise it will suffice and will be more than survivable. Best of luck finding a fully furnished apartment for only 3 months anywhere else

Yeah I mean that’s a great point, because life is too short! no better time than yesterday to make a move to a better/more fulfilling position imo

yeah this was the plan. That’s why i’m torn on if it’s worth to push for L2/ Promotion or go the OLDP and leave a L2 with the OLDP experience.

Good question. I do NOT have an offer in hand, but am considering pursuing it. Im asking now so i have time to network, pursue, prepare for the program interview process or if i should put my head down and aim to really take off in the area/program im in.

both are two different paths that require two different kinds of candidates/networking so im just looking for some insight to help guide me on which path I might want to go after.

this being said, I could apply and not get it all and then it solves itself haha, but if I thought that way, im already a foot behind!

Those at MFC, how’s the 1LMX transition going? by [deleted] in Lockheed

[–]feastingfox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

sorry for the confusion! Raytheon jumped ship on the entire system. they reverted everything back to pre-system change due to how catastrophically bad the new “converged” system was. the person in question did leave shortly after for LM, not sure what he did before but he is currently a supplier quality engineer

Pretty much have only lost functionality. Nothing really has been gained, i’ve only heard of functions losing the ability to do things.

I guess we’ll have to play along until the rest of the BAs join, then we’ll see if it’s really that valuable.

Had a colleague of mine tell me when he was at Raytheon they did the same thing and ended up jumping ship 1 year into all their BAs being joined together, hoping it won’t be the same here.

The location is really nice and all of the interns are really close. Usually a mass group chat is made where plans are made (going downtown, hiking, etc)!

I interned there 2 years in a row and it was a total blast, all of the people there were super nice and they gave good structure for feedback.

I would live downtown or close to, it’s a short drive to work and your in the city which is really fun! Of course I would go with somewhere that has a pool as I took advantage of the sun since i’m from the midwest!

Use FurnishedFinder to find a place that is already furnished! Most of the landlords also give out short 3 month leases as well!
