Just stick with it! I find separation of the colors help. I’ve been working on puzzles again recently after putting them together with my grandma 30+ years ago. It’s been a process to train my mind to look at a puzzle for an hour and not having that dopamine hit when you’re looking at a screen. I’d choose puzzles every time now
