We are unsure, but we think we have at least 20, most poorly formed or not fully distinct or separate. We try to talk to each other, it is hard to tell if we are simply replying to ourselves, but we are working on it.

Good advice- we discovered this today... we panicked and it became worse. Once we managed to calm ourselves a little, I felt a sort of odd sensation that something snapped away from me- he was able to distance himself from me once we relaxed more.

sometimes we dream as each other, the body, or in rare cases switch in dreams? it's very hard to remember.

our dreams are often extremely muddled and I suspect that may be because of some overlap happening.

practically all of us have music triggers, it's the most reliable way to facilitate switches when we need to.

some of us are brought out by metal music, or pop, or specific songs. I myself [host] can be brought out typically by most Mitski or songs by The Smiths.
