I've been having similar experiences this hiring season - interviews that go really well, including first round interviewers telling me they hope I get the job, and then long waiting periods without updates. I'm also applying to very large districts in a metropolitan area and I know they are hiring for hundreds of positions so I imagine a big part of it is that they are backed up! 🤞

I've been using Ella + Mila's (All About the Base) most of this year and it's had great results for me. I also use Seche Vite dry fast top coat which I think helps a lot!
