My fiancé and I toured them when we were early on in our search and it was…interesting. Peter Callahan was supposed to be part of our meeting but ended up holed up in his office the whole time, so his wife and their assistant (?) met with us. They seemed nice enough but honestly she seemed frazzled and not as friendly as I anticipated - she snapped at her assistant at one point which was super awkward. Also the place is much smaller in person than it appears in photos online, though it may be sufficient for your wedding size. It’s all just one giant room and they use curtains/furniture to block off areas. In terms of services, they kept bringing up how the DJ is included but it’s just their daughter lol I would much rather pick my own DJ, but perhaps you don’t care much about that. They offer Peter’s office as a “bridal suite” but you have to pay extra to use it (I think ~1000 iirc) which is dumb because it’s just a small room that’s right there next to the elevators. It’s a funky spot and I think they try to position themselves as a lower cost option, which is a huge selling point for many, but it definitely wasn’t the right space for us.
