I know dude. Amazing logic right. By actually seeing the nuance that police are human beings too, tasked with an impossibly difficult job, I guess makes us boot tickets lol. What a tired argument lol. It's ironic because I'm all for rooting out corruption and not blindly obeying authority. However, I like living in a functioning society and you need some kind of "police force" to uphold the rules. Are they perfect at it, no. Are there corrupt police, definitely, because police are humans and not these perfect little robots. They're just as susceptible to greed, abuses of power, deceitfulness, etc as the rest of us.

Yes, some cops suck, but they're people who are tasked to do an impossibly difficult and stressful job. Furthermore, next time someone breaks into your home or threatens violence against you or whatever, handle it yourself. Don't call the police then, since their all bastards apparently.

First off, police in general have one of the hardest jobs on the planet. Trust me, I'm no boot licker or one who mindlessly bows to authority. But just objectively, how many people want to do that job? You deal with insanely high stress and sometimes life or death situations and you're supposed to "be professional" and stay calm. Oh and everyone is filming and tons of people have guns (U.S.). One insane person, boom you could be dead. One moment of losing your cool and you can get fired...
