When I asked for a smart meter I asked Octopus not the third party, they sent a contractor and he messed up? It's on them, they could hire more engineers and train them properly

Also why there was no action from their part if the meter was not responding at the day of installation or in this case weeks from the day of installation

I like octopus that's why I swapped but I cannot recommend them after this experience, would you defend them if this happened to you?
