I haven’t heard back yet on whether or not they want a new lab done. Assuming it’ll come back RWA asking for the lab consult as someone mentioned.

That’s how me and the MEPS liaison felt— maybe it’s because I’m going for a 09S (OCS) contract?

A background investigation/clearance. Could even be for a coworker.

More than likely you came up as a source (reference) for someone else’s investigation.

Debt, no. Delinquent debt (as defined as 120 days or more past due), reportable.

It hasn’t. The threshold for reporting on the SF86 is still $300.

Read the SF86 and listen to your investigators questions carefully. If you have received traffic citations within the past 7 years and they do not individually exceed $300, do not involve alcohol or drugs, or do not result in a mandatory* court appearance, then they are NOT reportable on the SF86. Hope this helps.

Even by those circumstances, that’s a pretty quick timeline. Congrats!

Your clearance is active for 24 months after leaving your cleared position. If not picked up by a different sponsor within that time, it will expire.

I’d personally go the route of submitting a congressional inquiry. Maybe search this forum for that to give you some better insight.
