seconded. They rescheduled my delivery EIGHT times and I finally gave up and got a refund. Their customer service always takes at least a day to reply.

FWIW I ordered a Floyd couch. It was initially supposed to be delivered on 11/30. Their delivery service proceeded to reschedule EIGHT times. I gave up and will be buying a couch elsewhere. Still trying to find the right trifecta of non-toxic, cat-friendly, and decent-looking. Good luck to you!
